Registration Policy
Diamond College Showcase LLC (operating as “Diamond College Showcase”)
All participants, parents, and guardians must carefully review and agree to the following registration terms before completing registration for any Diamond College Showcase event.
1. Eligibility
Diamond College Showcase events are open to high school student-athletes. Players 18 years of age or older may register themselves. Parents or legal guardians must complete registration for players under 18.
2. Registration Platform
All registrations are processed securely through Active Network, our official registration provider. Active Network collects participant and parent/guardian information, medical and emergency details, and payment information on behalf of Diamond College Showcase.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure a roster spot. Registration is not complete until payment has been successfully processed and confirmed by Active Network.
4. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. There are no refunds under any circumstance, including but not limited to injury, illness, scheduling conflicts, inclement weather, or acts of God. Credits or partial credits may be issued only at the sole discretion of Diamond College Showcase LLC and are not guaranteed.
5. Refund Protection (Third Party)
Refund Protection may be offered during checkout through Active Network. This is a third-party service unaffiliated with Diamond College Showcase LLC. Any claims, questions, or refund requests related to this service must be made directly to Active Network and are subject solely to their terms and conditions.
6. Confirmation of Agreement
By completing registration, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Diamond College Showcase Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. You further agree that checking the acknowledgment box during registration serves as your legal signature confirming acceptance of all terms, including the no-refund policy.
7. Event Communication
Registered participants and parents will automatically receive event-related updates, reminders, and promotional communications. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or contacting contact@diamondcollegeshowcase.com.
8. Event Modifications
Diamond College Showcase LLC reserves the right to adjust schedules, locations, or operations if necessary for safety, facility, or staffing reasons. No refunds will be provided in these cases.
