1. Disclaimer
Diamond College Showcase LLC is not affiliated with the NCAA, any college, or university. Participation in our events does not guarantee recruitment, scholarships, or future athletic opportunities.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, registering for an event, or attending a showcase operated by Diamond College Showcase LLC, you agree to these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use this website or register for our events.
3. Eligibility
Diamond College Showcase events are designed for high school student-athletes and their parents or guardians. Players aged 18 or older may register themselves. Parents or guardians must register participants under 18.
4. Code of Conduct
All participants, parents, and coaches are expected to maintain professionalism and sportsmanship at all times. The following are strictly prohibited: bullying, harassment, discrimination, or unsportsmanlike conduct; possession or use of alcohol, tobacco, vaping products, illegal drugs, or performance-enhancing substances; and behavior that disrupts or endangers others. Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the event without refund or credit.
5. Payments and Refunds
All registrations and purchases are final. There are no refunds under any circumstance, including but not limited to injury, illness, scheduling conflicts, weather, or acts of God. Credits or partial credits may be issued solely at the discretion of Diamond College Showcase LLC, but are not guaranteed. Refund Protection may be available through our registration partner, Active Network, if offered. This service is independent and unaffiliated with our company, and we have no control over its terms or outcomes. Discount codes or promotions may be added or removed without notice.
6. Assumption of Risk
Participation in athletic events involves inherent risks, including injury. By registering, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept all such risks. Diamond College Showcase LLC, its staff, affiliates, and partners are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in any event or activity.
7. Waiver and Release
All participants (or their parents/guardians, if under 18) must agree to a waiver and release of liability provided during the online registration process. Participation is contingent upon signing and accepting that waiver.
8. Scheduling and Event Changes
Diamond College Showcase LLC reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel sessions when necessary for safety, staffing, or facility reasons. No refunds will be issued if an event is changed, rescheduled, or canceled due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
9. Media Consent
By attending any event, you grant Diamond College Showcase LLC permission to capture and use your name, image, likeness, and voice in photographs, videos, or other media for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes. These materials may be used in perpetuity without compensation. If you wish to have a specific image removed, contact contact@diamondcollegeshowcase.com.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Diamond College Showcase website—including text, logos, graphics, and media—is the exclusive property of Diamond College Showcase LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any material without prior written consent.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may contain links to external websites or services, including registration platforms and college websites. Diamond College Showcase LLC is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites. Users should review their terms and conditions separately.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diamond College Showcase LLC and its affiliates, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our events or use of our website.
13. Arbitration and Governing Law
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in the state where Diamond College Showcase LLC is organized (currently Wyoming) under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. These Terms and all related matters are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Diamond College Showcase LLC may update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website or participation in events after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
