Registration & Enrollment
Our camps may reach capacity weeks before the event date. Early registration ensures your spot and helps you avoid the waitlist. Players who secure their registration early gain peace of mind knowing they will participate in one of the top baseball showcases available.
The Diamond College Showcase Camp offers direct access to college coaches who attend specifically to recruit and evaluate talent.
Our smaller camp format creates more opportunities for players to connect with coaches through live, on-field interaction and personalized feedback. Coaches are spread out during games to observe and engage with athletes in real time.
Before the camp begins, coaches will speak with players to share what they look for in recruits, helping athletes understand how to stand out and make a lasting impression.
At Diamond, it's all about quality exposure, meaningful connections, and genuine opportunities for growth.Have the following ready before starting your registration to avoid timeout issues: SAT or ACT scores (if taken), current GPA, summer coach contact information (if applicable), and credit card details. The process takes approximately 10 minutes per participant.
Our system will timeout after 15 minutes of inactivity on any single page. There is no save function, so we recommend having all required information prepared before beginning the registration process.
Yes. At the end of registration, you may add optional services including video packages and certified scouting reports. You can also purchase these services after registration if you change your mind.
Payment & Tuition
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express through our secure registration platform. Electronic checks are not accepted. Full payment is required at checkout to secure your roster spot.
Yes. Contact us before registering if you need to arrange a payment plan. We cannot offer payment plans after full payment has been processed. Payment plans require partial payments leading up to the camp date, with full payment due at least two weeks before camp starts. A credit card must be kept on file for automatic processing of scheduled payments.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Diamond College Showcase Camp does not offer refunds under any circumstances. When you register, you agree to this no-refund policy. However, you may have options through the Refund Protection Plan or our credit policy.
During registration, you can purchase a Refund Protection Plan (RPP) through Active Network, our third-party registration processor. This is the only way to become eligible for a refund. Active Network manages all RPP claims independently. Diamond College Showcase Camp cannot assist with RPP inquiries or claims.
If you did not purchase the RPP, you may qualify for a credit toward a future camp based on when you cancel. Cancellations within 14 days of the event result in forfeited tuition with no credit or refund. Cancellations 15 to 28 days before the event receive a 50% credit. Cancellations more than 28 days before the event receive a 100% credit. All credits expire one year from the canceled event start date.
No. Registrations are non-transferable. Additionally, if you purchased the Refund Protection Plan, transferring a registration to another individual voids the RPP and makes you ineligible for any refund.
Weather-related cancellations are addressed through credits toward future camps. We do not provide refunds for weather cancellations unless you purchased the Refund Protection Plan through Active Network.
We understand that unexpected situations occur. If you did not purchase the Refund Protection Plan, our standard credit policy applies based on the timing of your cancellation. With the RPP, you may file a claim directly with Active Network according to their terms.
Additional Services
We offer professional video packages that capture your performance during camp. Videos are edited and provided digitally after the event. Video packages can be purchased during registration or added later. Information coming soon or contact us for more details.
Certified scouting reports provide professional evaluations of your skills and potential. These reports are prepared by experienced coaches with extensive recruiting networks and can enhance your recruiting profile. Reports must be ordered during registration or purchased separately before your camp date. Information coming soon or contact us for more details.

Travel & Accommodations
Travel and hotel information for each camp location will be posted in mid-spring. Check our website periodically for updates specific to your camp location. We provide detailed information to help families plan their travel arrangements.
All travel information, including hotel recommendations and directions, will be available on our website organized by camp location. We recommend reviewing this information several weeks before your camp date.
