The Northeast Camp at Medford Sports Complex in New York provides a highly organized and academically focused showcase designed for high school players aiming to play college baseball. This event brings a concentrated group of academic programs to the same facility, offering players uncommon access to coaches who recruit strong students and strong competitors. The entire schedule is built with college coaches to ensure efficient evaluations and meaningful exposure through metrics, instruction, and live gameplay. General Schedule

Our showcase model is built directly around what exactly college coaches have asked us to create—an efficient, well-structured format that provides them the clearest opportunity to evaluate your ballplayer while giving each student-athlete ample time, access, and repetition to showcase all of their abilities. Across both days, families can expect a structured, organized, and highly intentional experience designed to maximize exposure and fairness for every participant.

From the moment players check in, they are guided through a clear and efficient sequence of welcome talks, warm-ups, evaluations, instructional sessions, and live gameplay, all arranged to help coaches gather meaningful information while allowing players to perform confidently and freely.

Throughout the event, players interact directly with college coaches, receiving hands-on instruction, real-time feedback, and multiple organic touchpoints that help them build comfort and genuine connections. Parents remain fully informed from start to finish through clear communication, a dedicated parent information session, and complete transparency in how the showcase operates.

By the end of the two days, every player leaves with objective metrics, personalized feedback, and a clear sense of their progress in the college baseball recruiting journey—making the experience both impactful and highly valuable for the entire family.

Day One

DAY ONE SUMMARY

Day one begins with check-in, where players receive their camp uniform and hat before warming up directly with college coaches. Players then attend a meet-and-greet with the coaching staff, where they learn exactly what coaches will be evaluating during the two-day event. Meanwhile, parents participate in a separate information session outlining what to expect throughout the camp. Once the meet-and-greet concludes, players rotate through an efficient schedule that includes defensive evaluations, 60-yard dash times, and additional reps on a prep field so coaches can observe how they move, throw, and handle different defensive challenges. This includes outfield throws to third and home, infield throws across the diamond, catcher pop times, first-base work, and ground-ball reps for both middle and corner infielders.

After defensive work, players transition into offensive evaluations, taking batting practice where our technology records exit velocities that are shared with coaches for recruiting purposes. Instruction follows, as every player works directly with position-specific college coaches for hands-on teaching at their primary (and optional secondary) positions. The day concludes with secondary bullpens for pitchers not scheduled to throw in games on day two, followed by closing remarks from the coaching staff. By the end of day one, every player has been fully evaluated across all skill areas, received meaningful instruction, and gained multiple organic touchpoints with college coaches—giving them valuable opportunities to be seen, taught, and evaluated as they head into game play on day two.

Day Two

DAY TWO SUMMARY

Day two is dedicated to live gameplay, providing each player the best opportunity to be fully evaluated by all attending college coaches. Players are assigned to a team and receive their schedule the day before, so they know exactly when and where to report. Upon arrival, they warm up with their assigned college coaches—each team has designated coaches overseeing the group—before moving into a full ~12-inning (~2-hour) showcase game. All playing time is pre-scripted to ensure fairness: position players receive at least three to four at-bats, and pitchers typically throw three innings or face nine batters. All players compete on the same field, in front of all coaches at all times—an intentional structure that ensures no coach misses seeing any player perform during live game action.

When the game concludes, each player meets one-on-one with a college coach for a verbal evaluation. This conversation includes feedback on their performance, the measurable data collected over both days, and individualized guidance on what to continue improving as they move forward in the recruiting process. By the end of day two, players leave with a clear understanding of where they stand, what coaches noticed, and what action steps they can take next—making the experience both productive and valuable for families navigating the college baseball recruiting journey.
